The chalet stands in nearly half an acre, and is part of a small new development in the centre of the village of Thollon les Memises and conveniently placed for all the local amenities. Within two hundred meters there is a small, but well stocked, supermarket, a newsagents, a Fromagerie and two Hotels with bars and restaurants - one having its own indoor swimming pool and the other a tennis court.
The cable car base station, only 1000meters away (there is a free local bus service during the winter months) is situated in the upper part of the village, where there are several restaurants, bars and sports shops.
The village of Thollon les Memises in the Haute Savoie is just a few miles from Evian on Lake Geneva and is on the north west edge of the Port du Soleil ski area.
It is ideally situated for both summer exploring, walking, cycling, boating, hang gliding, fishing and for winter sports.
